A gym app built to get you outside, alone or with mates, so you can strengthen your body and mind at the same time. There's squad battles, real-time shared workout logs, AI coaching for your runs and so much more, created by William Awere, a London PT with twenty years on the gym floor.

My name is William and I've been a Personal Trainer for almost 20 years. I am based in London, so you may see me around, if you do, say hi! I'm always open to constructive feedback on how to make this app even better. For less than the price of a gym day pass, my goal is to make fitness fun, affordable, and accessible to everyone.
I am a solo Personal Trainer trying to compete in the big leagues. I don't have a million-pound budget, just a huge passion for health and fitness. All the audio voiceovers were done by myself or friends, so if you're one of them, thank you! And to you behind the screen: thank you for downloading my app and for being a part of my journey.
Pick a few exercises, press start and follow along. Every exercise has a real demo video that plays full-screen with the countdown timer next to it. No tiny looping GIFs where you can't tell what the move actually is.
256 PT-shot exercises. Tabata mode workouts. Turn on your camera and train with a friend.

The demo video plays full-screen with a clear countdown timer underneath. Pause, skip, or jump home whenever you need to. Built so you can glance at it between reps.

Log every lift properly. Weight, reps, recovery time, plus drop sets, supersets, trisets and giant sets if that's how you train. Everything saves to your file automatically and sorts into Strength, Run and Cycle tabs you can look back through any time.
Hit Share on a finished session and it lands on your friend's feed straight away. Coaches can log a session for a client, and it lands in the client's exercise log.

Three fitness questions a day, answered by Claude, and every answer is built around your data. Before it replies, Gym Genie reads your last 30 days of workouts, your sleep, your water intake, your stretch logs, your notes and your training history. Ask "what should I train today?" and it'll tell you because it can see your hamstrings have a score of 1 and your glutes a 5. Ask "why am I tired?" and it'll factor in last night's sleep and yesterday's session.
Stays in its lane: fitness only. No medical advice, no random chat, no off-topic. If you ask about an injury it sends you to a physio. Built lean so it's cheap to run and stays sharp.

Set a target time and head out. The app tracks your GPS, calls out your pace every kilometre, and tells you when you're going too fast or too slow. You can race your previous best time, hold a steady pace, or just have it check in on you.

Hit "Train Together" and you and a friend are on the same circuit at the same time, both cameras on. Up to three other mates can drop in as spectators, with the feeds stacked side by side. They can hear the audio, throw emoji, leave a quick voice note that plays out loud on your phone mid-set.
After a workout, the stretch list is already filtered down to the muscles you just hit. Press start and the screen walks you through each hold automatically, no tapping in between. Cycle-aware for women if you want it. Pick whichever coach voice you like.

Hi-5 a friend's workout. Toggle "Available for a Walk" so mates can join you. Run alongside someone miles away with Live Merge. Daily squad battles, snail-chase survival, voice notes on the Wall. The point is to actually do things with your mates, not just scroll past their posts.
Five of you against five of them, with a different challenge every day. Live leaderboard, colour-coded track and real avatars on screen. The challenge changes daily, so you're never doing the same thing twice in a row.

Leave a voice note on a friend's wall. Hi-5 their workout, drop an emoji, or send them a Star if they've smashed a session. It works more like a group chat with your training mates than a social feed.

Switch yourself to "Available for a walk" and you show up on your mates' screens. Tap Join on someone else doing the same and you've got plans. There's a 7-day consistency score, a weekly bar chart, and a quick read of how many steps you need today to stay on track.

Every enquiry comes through me first. I'm a London PT myself, so I know the trainers in our pool. I vet them by hand and match you with someone local who actually fits what you're after.
You don't need five separate apps. GYM tracks strength, cardio, walks, sleep and water in one place, and the AI Trend Spotter looks at it all and tells you what's changed.
Steps · Strength · Cycling · Walking · Running · Sleep · Water. Every metric on one chart. AI Trend Spotter explains the why.

Live community safety map for runners and cyclists. Spot a pothole or unmarked roadworks? Two taps, the whole network knows.

Every day at noon, a snail starts chasing you. Outrun it on steps or lose a heart, and your friends find out. Survive 35 days for Infinite Mode.

Your pocket fitness coach, personalised to you. Reads your last 30 days of workouts, sleep, water and notes before every answer, so the advice is built on what you've actually been doing, not a generic script.

Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, hydration, training load, your session notes and weekly cardio/walk volume, all rolled into one Battery %. Green is "go for it", amber is "normal day", red is "take it easy". Tap to see exactly how it's calculated.

Book an online pregnancy yoga class with Tracy Awere. You'll get a ping when it kicks off. Watch live from wherever you are. Building the community now.

Cross-data correlations across strength, cardio and classes. "Your legs are your volume crown, schedule leg day early in the week when your battery is highest." Real patterns from your real data, with coaching recommendations.

Colour-coded body map showing every muscle group you've hit in the last 30 days. See what's getting love and what you're neglecting at a glance.

Invite a friend to run alongside you in real time, even miles apart. Track each other on a shared map, send cheers mid-run, and earn a Merge badge when your routes pass within 50 metres.

Type a sentence about how you feel. The app reads it like a coach would, tired, sore, fired-up, and adjusts today's intensity recommendation. And it remembers what you flag: mention a sore ankle once and it'll factor that into future sessions automatically. Once a day, then it leaves you alone.

Save a workout and it lands on your friend's file straight away, every set, every weight, every second of rest. Comment on each set. Coaches can log a session for a client, and it lands in the client's exercise log.

Simon Says fitness reaction game (4 levels, 10 moves, do it or stay still). Survival of the Fittest speed elimination. Shadow Boxer punch-for-punch PvP. Solo or with mates.

The Raid: a 10,000-step ambush on someone in your crew. Squad War 5v5 team battles. New PvP modes added regularly. The whole point is to make fitness fun so working out doesn't feel like work.

Every session you log adds to the picture. Once there's enough to work with, the AI builds a 6-week programme customised specifically for you from your own lifting history. Weekly breakdown, exercise-by-exercise prescription, Performance Insights as you go.

The app remembers every injury note you've ever written. Before a session it'll check in and adjust if it needs to. Hay fever? It'll warn you when pollen or air quality's bad before you head outside.
Weight, body fat, muscle mass and strength ratios, encrypted locally using hardware-backed secure storage. Document your transformation with a private photo timeline that stays on your device, never leaves it.

Your top lifts as a multiple of your bodyweight, plus all-time PRs and 1RM tracking. Plate Loaded Leg Press at 2.71× bodyweight. Bench Press at 1.23× bodyweight. Watch the ratios climb session by session.

Open the app each day and you're greeted by a different motivational quote or fitness fact. 501 of them in the rotation, and you won't see the same one twice until you've been through them all.

Five days free with everything unlocked. No card needed to start the trial.
