After it downloads

Already have GYM installed? Long-press the GYM icon → Uninstall first. (A previous version signed with a different key will block the new install with "App not installed.") Your account, friends and workouts stay safe in the cloud.

Open My Files (or Files / Downloads). Find gym-android.apk and tap it.

Android will warn "For your security, your phone can't install unknown apps from this source." Tap Settings.

Toggle Allow from this source ON. Press the back arrow.

Tap the APK again, then tap Install. Sign back in with your usual email when GYM opens.
